Brightspace not creating Zoom link in module

Hi ,

I receive the following error when attempting to create a zoom link within a course module (the link itself never appears):

A valid invitation to join the Zoom account was not found for this user. Error Code 1120 - v=2.0;clid=us02;rid=INT_ae879094bb205b66

Any suggestions would be helpful.

    Thank you for bringing this to our attention.

    The error message you encountered:
    "A valid invitation to join the Zoom account was not found for this user. Error Code 1120", is possibly connected to the user that has not yet accepted the email invitation to join the organization’s Zoom account, or the invitation has expired.

    We suggest checking the correct email address which is the one used to register them to your Zoom account.

    If the issue persists, we suggest logging a support case to further investigate this matter.
