update attributes Org ID

HI,

I want to update the Org ID of some of our users - when I upload the new spreadsheet with the new Org ID I get a response saying the Org ID is not found - how do I create new Org ID in a spreadsheet ?

    Hi @Martine.B.988 ,

    It sounds like you are using the UPDATE template in the Bulk User Management tool, is that correct? If so, make sure to download and use the template provided under Admin Tools > Users > Bulk User Management > View instructions on creating your CSV file.

    yes, this is the form that I tried. When I upload that file to D2L it says the "LMS Username" is missing.

    Hi Martine,

    From the screenshot you shared, I can see you are accessing 'User Attributes' and not 'Users'.

    Please go to Admin Tools > Users > Bulk User Management.
