No class visible. Professor says I am set up but nothing shows on my end

    Hi Daniel

    If you're enrolled in a course but not seeing it in My Courses or in the Course Selector dropdown in Brightspace then the following might be true:

    1. The course might be inactive or have a start date in the future
    2. You might be enrolled in the Course Offering but not in the Course Section
    3. You might be enrolled using an incorrect role (one lacking permission to participate in courses somehow)
    4. The instructor might be mistaken on your Username/OrgDefinedId

    This is something you'll need to verify with your instructor directly.
