Hello,
I recorded a video, and the professor reached out to me and told me that others cannot view the video. I am not sure how to make my video from private to public.

Hi, without more details like what tool you are using and how you are trying to share the video, I can't give you a great answer. However, this article might be helpful:

I know this is probably too late to be useful. But if you can't make anything else work, uploading your video to youtube will allow you to provide a link to any person or group you want. Uploading is pretty easy, and you can set the video to be invisible to anyone who doesn't already have the link. This is a brute force approach, but it will work for almost any video project you need to make for class.
