LTI for Salesforce.

We need to integrate Brightspace with Salesforce using an LTI tool to display a Salesforce page within Brightspace.

We have configured LTI in Brightspace for integration with Salesforce.However, we don’t see a connector available to establish the LTI connection with Salesforce. Any guidance on this would be helpful.

    I understand you're experiencing issues with the BrightSpace integration with Salesforce and are looking for a connector to establish the connection. Apologies if I misunderstood.

    Could you share any guides or steps you're following for this integration? Once I have more details on where you're encountering difficulties in BrightSpace, we can better assist you.

    I have created a link … On opening the link i am not sure how Birghtspace will communicate with salesforce.

    I want Salesforce Page to be dispalyed with in the brightspace

    When you're ready to add the external learning tool link to an org unit, ensure that the link has been shared down to the org unit. The attached document (https://community.d2l.com/brightspace/kb/articles/23662-tool-registration-deployment-and-links#create-an-external-learning-link-for-lti-advantage) walks you through the steps.

    For the Salesforce integration, could you share any relevant Salesforce documentation you're using to set up the integration (excluding personal or user information) ? That will help me provide more specific steps for the 1.3 deployment in Brightspace, as outlined by the tool provider.
