What drives the "No Response" stat in Quiz Statistics?

I have an exam that, when I look at the Quiz Statistics, it shows 4 No Responses. However, when I manually look at the attempts on this question, there are:

  1. 3 first attempts
    1. 2 learners selected true
    2. 1 learner left the question empty with "Not saved"

So where are the other 3 "no response" attempts? We DO have some extra attempts (e.g. Attempts 2 and 3, but they a note, "Correct on previous attempt(s)," but my Statistics filter is set to only show First Attempts.

    Testing results indicate that when previewing a quiz and exiting without submitting, "No Response" is being logged in the Question Details within View Statistics.

    This behavior is related to an existing defect (02141580). Our development team is currently reviewing the issue, but we do not yet have an estimated timeline for the fix.
