When I open any course, go to Grades, and then click Export, the system shows an Internal Error page. This issue happens in all courses I have tried.The error page URL is:dmug.brightspace.com/d2l/error/500The error message says:
There was an error processing the page you requested. Contact technical support. Tell them which page you tried to reach and how you got this error message.
I have attached a screenshot of the error for your reference.Please investigate this issue and advise how it can be resolved.
