Is there a way to unenroll students from a discovery course?

It is possible to unenroll learners from a Discover course, however the role you're enrolled in must have the specific permission to unenroll from a Course Offering.
If you do have this permission, head to the Classlist and select the checkbox next to the user(s) you want to unenroll. Then, select the Unenroll button:
One thing to keep in mind is that when a learner is manually unenrolled from a Discover course by an instructor or admin, that learner is unable to re-enroll into the course through the Discover tool itself.
Just to also note, it is possible for a learned to unenroll themselves from Discover courses by going into the tool, selecting the course they want to be removed from, selecting the three dots next to Open Course, and choosing Unenroll:
