What is the recommended workflow for embedding responsive videos on HTML pages?

I'm testing out workflows for responsive video embeds on HTML pages in BrS. Unfortunately, the only viable path I've discovered so far involves using the "document templates." That's okay for new content but is a big roadblock for remediating existing content, as applying the template overrides any existing content.

The Media Library allows you to store, manage, create, and distribute media content across courses.

Videos are automatically:

* Transcoded for different devices/bandwidths
* Streamed efficiently (no large downloads required)
* Improves performance for learners on mobile or low bandwidth

Instructors can insert Media Library content into:

* Content modules
* Announcements
* Discussions
* Assignments
* HTML templates and pages
