SCORM Won't Show Completion

I'm using Articulate Rise and publishing the SCORMS as SCORM 2004, 4th Edition using 'Track using course completion as 100%" and reporting as "complete/incomplete".

When adding the SCORM to BrightSpace, I select "New SCORM/xAPI Object", opt for it to open in new window, select 'no' for wanting a grade item (we use a BrightSpace quiz for all final grades), have it 'always display the lastest verion'.

I haven't had issues before, and BrightSpace has always shown as soon as the SCORM is clicked on as it being complete. Now, I've had two SCORMs show as incomplete in the students progress. They are still able to get their badge, but the SCORM will not show as complete even though they've gone through the entire thing.

Is this a glitch? Am I missing something??

    That's an interesting one. As the SCORM report is showing as incomplete, I wonder if there is an issue with how the SCORM item is reporting back completion to the LMS.

    Based on what you’re describing, I think it would be a good idea to have a support agent take a closer look at the SCORM report and completion tracking.
