How do I set up the Welcome Window Widget to display on the Organization Home page?
The Welcome Window Widget is good for courses, but the information in the documentation says that is can also be used form the organization. It has organization settings. All the directions however, do NOT show how to set it up to work on the Organization Home page. All the directions show is how to use it only within a single course.
Can anyone please tell me how to set up the Welcome Window Widget to work on the Organization Home page. If this can be done, can those direction please be posted in the documentation?

Great question — and you're absolutely right that the Welcome Window Widget can be used at the organization level, even though most documentation focuses on course-level setup.
To get it working on the Organization Home page, you’ll first want to make sure your role has the right permissions to configure widgets at the org level. Once that’s confirmed, head to the Content tool (at the org level) and create a module called “Welcome” — with the HTML pages or resources you want to display.
Next, go to Course Admin > Homepages, find your Organization Homepage, and edit it. From there, you can add the Welcome Window Widget just like you would on a course homepage.
Once the widget is added, click its dropdown menu and choose Configure this widget. In the configuration screen, switch to the Organization Settings tab. Here, you’ll enter the module title (make sure it matches exactly), customize the button text and intro message, and optionally add a background image from Manage Files. You can also enable options like forced dismiss or default content if needed.
After saving, the widget should appear on the Organization Home page and display the welcome content you set up.
