Can facilitators upload content?

Hello,

We are using a course offering in the form of a company dashboard that allows our client to monitor team progress whilst on learning programmes, however the client would also like to be able upload their own content. Is this something that a Faciliator could do, or would they need administator access?

The ability to upload content would be dependent upon the permissions that are set for the particular role that the clients have. You have identified them as having a 'Facilitator' role, so customizing the permissions for this role would be required. You would need to decide where these users should be able to add content. i.e. should they only be able to add Announcements to the dashboard, or would you like them to be able to fully add new content pages to the content. You should also be aware that if the facilitator has the ability to add / create new content pages, they would also need permissions to edit / delete other pages and this may not be desirable.

Changing the permissions for a role would need to be completed by your LMS administrator. If you can provide more details, I may be able to guide you/them in the direction of what permissions would need to be edited.
