According to what I found in my research, there should be a contrast setting under Account Settings. I could not find this option under settings. This is an urgent issue for one of our students.

Can you provide the documentation that you found in your research and we can investigate further?
There is an option under Account Settings for an individual user to increate the Font Size. This is located under Font Settings.
