Hi, I am unsure if this is the right place to ask. A staff member is trying to complete our unconscious bias course. There should be a grey bar that comes up at the bottom of the screen so that they can proceed with the session and move to the next slide. This is not showing up for her, but I have tried to access it myself, and it is coming up for me. Do you have any ideas? I have advised them to clear their cache and their search history, and the issue still persists. Please could you advise on the next steps to resolve this? Many thanks
