Can my progress meter on my table of contents show assignments instead of topics?

I have removed the display for now but it is confusing to show 'topics' and have students think that they have finished a topic when there are still assignments to complete. I want the progress meter to show 'assignments' in that table of contents widget instead. Is there a way to do that?

If you would like for assignments and other activities(Quizzes, Discussions) to be displayed in the Visual Table of Contents widget and count towards progress, then I kindly request you add those activities as a content topic under a desired module.

In this case, you will need to add the required assignment under the content module.

To add an assignment under a module in Classic Content please follow the below steps,

{

1. Click on the desired module
2. Click on the Existing Activities button
3. Click on Assignments
4. Click on the desired assignment

}

To add an assignment under a module in Lessons please follow the below steps,

{

1. Click on the desired unit
2. Click on the Add Existing button
3. Click on Assignments
4. Click on the desired assignment

}

Once this is done, the progress meter for that module will also consider the assignment content topic activity.
