Ability on Manager Dashboard to filter the view by Worker Type field from User Attributes

Hi,
We recently implemented Brightspace as our Corporate LMS. Our Managers LOVE the dashboard but it would be much more helpful if they could sort their employees by Worker Type (a field in the User Attributes). We have corporate employees and contracted employees. For the managers that have a lot of both, it would make it a lot easier to drive training completions for the two very different audiences.
