I'm enrolled in Health and Safety Orientation. I'm going over the module content. I get to the first quiz. 2 questions, multiple choice. For the first question all of the options are incorrect and no-one in IT or the Continuing Education department can help me. It's impossible to get a passing grade on a 2 question quiz where all the options are wrong. Please advise how to move forward.

Thanks for sharing these screenshots. Whenever the presented options are preceded by squares ◻️, you are dealing with a multi-select type question. That means you are supposed to select more than one option to get the correct answer. Please confirm if that is the case. If not, I recommend you open a ticket with the D2L Helpdesk - as NAIT students are entitled to direct support from our End User Support desk.
