how to get access to broken link viewer

I have been dealing with broken link problems and I believe having access to this viewer would help

    You can access Broken Link through the Admin Menu. However, the tool can only be seen in the menu if it is enabled/toggled on in your Organization Tools. Please contact your admin to get it enabled.
