How do I get a notification to my email account when grading is required on a quiz or test?

Owen's video covers the activity feed and notifications which are more student facing, but the question here is about quizzes and tests with attempts which need grading.
If you edit a quiz, there is an option in the Attempts and Completion section to enter an email address to be notified when a submission is made. There is a similar facility in the assignment tool.
You might also want to check out QuickEval which is a dashboard showing all outstanding grading.
I tried to find the attempts and completion section you mentioned and I can't see to find it.
Also, the QuickEval does not show outstanding grading on quizzes and tests that need to be graded, it only shows assignments that have been submitted by the student.

Thank you for reaching out in the Brightspace Community.
When Editing a Quiz, you should be able to see the setting 'Notification Email' under the 'Attempts & Completion' section where you can enter an email address or multiple email addresses separated by a comma to receive notifications when a learner completes a quiz.
Please refer to the screenshot below showing that setting.
This is used for Instructors to receive an email notification when a new quiz attempt is made for the Quiz.
