Hello,

I am building an LTI 1.3 tool and have tested it on other LMS platforms to understand compatibility unique to each platform. I would like to register, configure, and test it in D2L Brightspace. Would someone be able to tell me where I can go to learn about setting up a local instance or is there an existing platform that I can gain access to? Thanks in advance!!

Once you finish the setup you can test by authenticating your applications.

Thank you for your response! If I am understanding the process correctly, I will need to be logged into an instance of Brightspace for registration and configuration. Would you be able to provide some guidance on how this can be accomplished? Would it require contacting D2L to create a partner account?

Thanks for your response. Yes, you need to log in to Brightspace and make registration. Please follow this document topic "To register a tool"- https://community.d2l.com/brightspace/kb/articles/23662-tool-registration-deployment-and-links

NOTE: You need the required permissions to register the tool in Brighstapce
