How do I adjust my profile. Brightspace site not allowing correction.

My profile needs to be adjusted but Brightspace site is not allowing. How do I achieve this?

    What adjustment would you like to make to your profile? We need to know this to be able to provide assistance.

    If it has to do with permissions / roles, then please feel free to get in contact with your organization's support desk and see if they are able to update your profile internally.
