Issue with Pulse app not displaying Brightspace elements

Question

I am having an intermittent issue with the Pulse app. Content I am creating in Brightspace elements (tabs, accordions) is sometimes visible and other times not. It is inconsistent from html page to page. I reinstalled the Pulse app and updated my phone (iPhone 12). My colleague with an Android reports the same problem. This also occurs on my iPad. There is no issue on the desktop computer. Does anyone have advice?

Has there been any progress on this item? I have a client that reported the same issue with the load time on Creator+ interactive elements in Pulse, and that they have to reload in order for it all to display once loaded.

After reviewing this issue, I found that it is related to an existing defect on our end. Unfortunately, we do not have an  (ETA) for the fix at this moment.
