Lumi Doesn't always show up

Anyone else out here using Lumi? We are just moving to D2L and have gotten Lumi Pro (not Creator). It is set to be available for specific roles right now as we get the hang of it. The issue I'm having is that the button doesn't always show up when I create a new assignment, quiz or discussion. Has anyone had that experience or ideas to "fix" it?

Could you check your permissions for accessing D2L Lumi Pro ?

Discussions Tool permissions:

• Discussions > Add Forums and Topics
• Generative AI > Generate Ideas for Discussions

Assignment Tool permissions :

• Assignments > Add/Edit Assignment Submission Folders
• Generative AI > Generate Ideas for Assignments

Quiz tool Permission:

• Question Collections > See Question Collection Tool
• Question Collections > Create Questions and Sections
• Generative AI > Generate Questions
