Course Schedule Link

How do I hide the Course Schedule link (the one with a calendar to the left of it). Since I already use my own version of a Course Schedule, I don't want that link hanging around.

    Hi Jeff,

    Thanks for reaching out to us with your question!

    In Brightspace, if you are not using the course schedule and/or calendar functionality, you can remove the Course Scheduler from the content area.

    The Course Schedule is tied to the Calendar tool. If you turn off the Calendar tool, it also removes the Course Schedule option and removes access to the Calendar tool. 

    In Brightspace, as an instructor or administrator, navigate to the course in question for which you want to hide the calendar :

    • In the course area, navigate to the Course admin area
    • Go to the "Tools" area.
    • Disable "Calendar".
    • This will hide the Course Schedule and Calendar.
