Landing Page Access

I hvae an instructor who no longer has access to their landing page. All our courses are on instructor landing pages. They can access their course through the waffle, but when they log in our district page has become their landing page. I have checked all settings and they are enrolled as an instructor on their landing page, none of the other settings have changed. I can see her landing page when I go in as a Super Admin. The only change we have had is I edited something on her landing page for her as a Super Admin. Any suggestions are greatly appreciated:)

Could you please open a support ticket for this issue? We might need to look into the configuration to see what could have caused this.

Please ask the instructor to record a video of them reproducing the issue so we have an idea of what to troubleshoot.
