Class Withdrawal Question

Would someone please be able to inform as as to what happens to a students Assignment and Test submissions after they withdraw from the course?

    Hi @Michael.C.5810, thank you for your question!

    The student data remains archived in the Classlist of each course offering. You can easily access the data by navigating to Enrollment Statistics, and then the Withdrawals section. Here you'll find a comprehensive record of all previously enrolled students, including their grades for Assignments and Quizzes, and submission files.

    This data does not get deleted from the system. You'll need to delete the course when your data retention policy indicates that you should.
