Why does a zip file contain hidden documents in 'view as student' mode?

If I download a zip file of a unit content in 'view as student' mode, it also contains the hidden and deferred publication documents. This causes unrest among teachers who test this, while in reality the student does not receive those files in the zip file. Why is it possible to download those files in student view mode?

With the "Role Switch" (View As) tool, you can temporarily assume the role of your students to see your course from their perspective. This can help you understand how your course appears to students in Brightspace. However, please note that this tool is designed for viewing purposes only. It might not work with buttons or functions inside other tools, as these actions will still use your current role, not the student role.
