Failed to fetch error

Hello, I used to be able to open and read d2L files as page format, then suddenly I can't read the file as page format and have to either view as text or download the file because it keeps telling me "PDF loading error: failed to fetch" even though I was trying to open PowerPoint slides or docx. files and also pdf. files. I tried to refresh the page or allow javascript working or reset my laptop but nothing works How can I troubleshoot this? Image below as reference.

    Hi Jaye.L,

    The Brightspace content tool leverages a Document Conversion Service that converts documents uploaded to the Content tool into PDFs. This is the reason you are seeing the pdf related error when trying to access the .ppt file.

    Another option to try is accessing Brightspace using a different web brwoser.

    If the issue persists please connect with your online learning administration and support team to investigate, if the issue persists they can open a support case with the D2L Support team.

    Hello,

    I tried to access Brightspace on Microsoft Edge and Firefox browsers but they still have the same issue. However I think it's worth noting that whenever I open the files on my mobile devices like tablet or smartphone I don't ever face this issue.
