Facilitator Role and Release Conditions

Question

I am wondering if there is a setting I can change in the Roles and Permissions settings in Brightspace so our facilitators (in our facilitator role in Brightspace) and our Creator + Design Coordinator are not limited by release conditions. We do not want to give these individuals access to modify quizzes or assignments, we just want to give them access to review the entire course/assignments/quizzes without being confined by release conditions (taking the quiz, submitting assignments, etc).

Hi- There are a few quiz permissions that you could provide without providing access to edit:

Allows hidden quizzes and quiz details to be viewed

Allows Out of Date Quizzes to be Viewed in the User Quiz List

For Assignments, you can do only

See and Manage Assignments

Which gives them the Assignment Management Page with the Assignment Preview, but none of the submit or manage permissions.

If you go to edit permission, you will see "Attach/Remove Release Conditions on Quizzes". Uncheck the permission for this tool for your Designer Coordinator role.
