Downloading files on Pulse App

Although you can download files offline from the Pulse App, there really needs to be a functionality for downloading them to the device. Students now are forced to download the file on their computer, export it to their other device (phone or tablet) to use in a third-party note-taking app for annotations during lecture and study. It's very inconvenient and quite frankly, outdated user functionality.
