Download/export list of students with special access
Do you know how a coordinator can download a list of students who have been given special access. I have one coordinator with multiple cohorts and markers, and she has been trying to do the right thing entering special access for all students - even 7 day extensions. She also has a few with much longer extensions.
Until students submit, it doesn't show on the submission screen (for quick viewing) if a student has an extension or not.
Markers do not have access to the 'edit assignment ' page so cannot view special access for themselves. There is no facility in intelligent agents that I could see.
The special access list does not have a download function.

@Sue.S.4 I don't think there is a way to export that list from within D2L, but if your institution has access to the Brightspace data sets (you will have to ask your IT dept/D2L admin), there is an Assignment Special Access data set.
