Export of groups into excel or csv

How can I export groups into an excel spreadsheet? I have tried everything I can think of. They are participating in assessable discussions, and I want to provide markers with student names for each group so they can note which students have contributed.

@Sue.S.4 Export from the grade book and check the box for Group Membership.
