Our district is currently setting up multiple schools on Bright Space on the district page. Is there anyway to prevent announcements that are posted from other schools from being automatically posted into our school landing page?

    If using the Global Announcement tool, you can add an org unit enrolment release condition on the Announcement. This requires you to have all learners from a school (e.g. School A) to be enrolled into the school org unit (e.g. School A) in addition to any other course offering learners/teachers require access to. Enrolment into the School A org unit is then used as the release condition. Note you could use any org unit enrolment as the release condition on the announcement, as long as it is being used to group together all users who are the focus of the announcement or activity created.

    An alternative to using the Global Announcement tool may be to create a course offering for each School into which all school members are enrolled into their School course. Each school course offering can then be used as a focal point for all school communications leveraging other tools like discussions/surveys/announcements etc through which to manage communications, and be managed independently by each Schools admin team.
