How does the community tack changes in course site content ?

Does anyone out here know how to best track changes to course content, in a similar way to track changes in Microsoft products ?

Thank you for reaching out to us on the Community site.

Currently, there exists no feature available in the LE that will display all the changes done in a course or content.

However there is a feature request that is submitted below which you can upvote,
