Is there a video that shows me how to Replace the video in the video lecture template

When I try to replace the video, mine is always too large and covers up the rest of the template

Thanks so much! That is exactly what I was looking for. I have seen it before but I couldn't find it anywhere today. That part about where exactly to place the cursor is much better "shown" than told:)
