Video and audio Ipad

I want to use my IPad, although I get this message with I try use video or audio when grading an assignment: “In-browser webcam recording is not supported by this web browser. Consider recording with an app and upload your file instead.” Although, the video and audio function does work when I’m using my MacBook. I’ve tried to toggle the settings in IPad to no avail.
