SSO Logout issue

We receive this error when we log out of D2L:
AADSTS750054: SAMLRequest or SAMLResponse must be present as query string parameters in HTTP request for SAML Redirect binding.
Logging in works fine with SSO. I have re-uploaded the metafile and verified the login / log out URLs are correct in our Identifiy Provider
We are using a RSA SHA-256
