How can I have my Replacement Strings not save as my personal name for all users?

Hi! I have been using the {firstname} replacement string for my course however, I notice if I edit the HTML page that I added the replacement string in, it doesn't save as {firstname} but it replaces with my own personal name. How can I stop this from happening?

@Diane.N.544 Hi Diane, not all replacement strings work in Content topics. That linked page has tables that show which ones are not available in Content, which includes {firstname}.
