Acknowledgement Quizzes

Hello Community!

Our Learning & Development Specialists would like to add an acknowledgement question to each unit in a newly developed course, something along the lines of "I acknowledge I have completed the content in this unit and understand how it applies to my role as a team member". I have created a quiz for this purpose, question. Do I need a separate quiz for EACH unit? Is there a way to use the same quiz but create a copy so it's a separate iteration with a separate grade item? It seems redundant to create 10 quizzes with the same question.

@Aaron.M.691 Hi Aaron, on the Manage Quizzes screen, click the drop-down menu next to the quiz and choose Copy. The copied quiz will automatically open for editing and you'll just need to update the title and change Not in Grade Book to Edit or Link to Existing.

    Hi Jennifer!

Thank you for the response. So I am technically creating a separate quiz for each unit but this is the easiest process it sounds like. I appreciate you!

Also, compare to using a checklist item.

    Hi Sue,

Thank you for your comment! Can you please provide some more details on how to use the checklists in this manner? I haven't utilized this tool at all and some examples, more info would be very helpful :-)
