Error code in NCE

Hello,

I have some faculty who have switched to NCE from Classic Content and are getting error codes saying that content posted three levels deep won't show. I've encouraged faculty not to bury content and have given them alternatives, but the issue is the some courses containing the same structure don't have that error code. Are older courses grandfathered in? Thank you for any insight into this issue.

    Hi Yildiz,

    The New Content Experience (Lessons) only supports 3 content levels modules and submodules Unit > Lesson > Folder into each of which you can add content and activities. There is no grandfathering of the content views for the older courses. You should always have the following warning displayed in courses with more than 3 levels.
