Issues with importing ILP courses from Brightspace into EvaluationKit (Watermark)?
This is our first semester using Brightspace and importing courses using Ellucian's ILP product. I am attempting to import courses into EvaluationKit and the only courses EvaluationKit sees are the ones I've created manually. Nothing that has come over via ILP is showing up when I search the LMS. Has anyone run into a similar issue?

It's probably best to reach out to the watermark Support Team with this issue. Assuming the integration is in place and configured as expected you may need to Re-Sync the Courses. See https://support.watermarkinsights.com/hc/en-us/articles/4454439772059-Brightspace-Data-Integration
Im sure one our watermark users can provide some additional insight into the issue.

Hi Chris, thanks for the response. I figured the issue out this morning! When we set up the user account for EvaluationKit we didn't give it the appropriate permissions to see our entire organization structure, just the very top level. I adjusted those settings and now we are good to go :)
