Hello! I have a question regarding to the corporate Learning Management System.

We create multiple modules in a course shell, is it possible to generate the completion data of specific module inside the course shell? Thank you.

    Hi Ada,

The approach you take to do this largely depends on: the information you use to define completion of the module; and what information you need to report on.

Some clients use the Awards tool whereby an award is issued to users based on the completion of module content and assessment activities. These rules can be defined using the Release Conditions on the Award. For example, issue the Module 1 Award when a user has completed all module content and scored >80% on a quiz. You can then download the Awards Issues Dataset for offline processing. See https://community.d2l.com/brightspace/kb/articles/4539-list-of-advanced-data-sets#awards-issued

If you define completion using Grade Items from quizzing, assignments and so forth, you could download the All Grades dataset, focusing on data that aligns with how you are defining completion, see https://community.d2l.com/brightspace/kb/articles/4539-list-of-advanced-data-sets#all-grades This could be used in combination with other datasets that cover a users interactions with the various tools you need to incorporate into your report based on your definition of completion.

    Hope that helps!
