Set Intelligent Agent at Org Level

Our primary D2L Admin who usually manages these requests is currently out of office so I'm hoping that someone can help me find the setting that I'm looking for.

We have a new mandatory training course that will be launching soon. We would like to automatically enroll all current and new employees into that course. I know this can be done via intelligent agents, I just can't find where in the Admin tools to do so and I couldn't find any documentation about it online.

If someone could provide me the names/steps on how to do so that would be great. Thanks!

    I was able to find the Course Admin area of the org and I should be able to setup the Intelligent Agent. Thanks for your help!
