Changing Icon Name in Navbar

I was curious if anybody knew and can guide me on how to change the icon title un the Navbar? I am trying to change name of this icon to say "Resources". but it seems that I can only do that with custom links and not system links created by Brightspace.

    Unfortunately, this does not seem to be possible, at least on the end-user level.
    The names of the navbar items are predefined with the purpose of making the process standard (i.e. if anything happens, your institution's admins or our support will know where to click and what to find under each specific link).
    If your institution has an end-user support agreement, then any modifications in the Learning Environment are to be discussed between your organization's admins and D2L.
