Hi Chris, Hopefully, you are doing well. Can you please confirm if it was the final grades that you released or grades in a particular grade item? For Final grades ensure that you can see the hidden icon beside the user that can see the grade.
If it's for a grade item associated with an assessment you can retract your feedback which will prevent the user from seeing their grade. Hopefully this help Kind regards, Praful Rodrigues D2L TAM
