New User Email Notification

Hi Everyone,

Not sure if anyone is facing this issue. But when we create a new user account previously, user will receive a notification on their email, but just recently about a few weeks back. Our users did not receive any notification of their account being created even after clicking the forgot password link.

Is there a to fix this?

    As one of your school's Approved Support Contacts, I would recommend you open a support ticket with D2L's Admin Support. But I can see you and another ASC have already reached out to them.

    I hope you can get the answers you need soon.
