PPTs are not opening up on my brightspace portal
I am writing this to seek your assistance in fixing an issue on my brightspace portal.
Lately, I have been experiencing an issue when I open PPT file from the course content.

Welcome to the Brightspace Community.
I can see that your institution is entitled to D2L's End User Support.
That said, I'd recommend you open a support ticket directly with them for a better experience. By the way, you can share your screenshot in your message to them.
