Overide a grade in BS

Question

I have moved a learner from Moodle to a Brightspace course that is not identical. I want to omit assignments with similar outcomes and input an overridden overall grade. How can I do that? I can't seem to find anything in the documentation on how to override a grade.

I appreciate the response; I need to know how to add in a letter grade or override a letter grade without re-entering all grades.

If I got your question correctly, you are talking about how to override a student's grades in your course grade book, right? If that is the case, you can do it straight from your course's Gradebook tool by manually inputting the desired score to each respective grade item, and click "save" at the bottom of the page.

If that is not what you mean, as an instructor of the Ministry of Education for the Province of British Columbia, you are entitled to D2L's End User Support, so I recommend you open a support ticket directly with the D2L Helpdesk and they will be able to promptly assist you with your inquiry.
