Does anyone know if there's a way to deactivate all courses in bulk?
Essentially, we're looking to deactivate academic courses at the end of the semester.

@EdTech.G.660, are you familiar with the Course Updater tool? It's perfectly suited for what you need.
With the Course Updater tool you can take a select set of courses, or all of them within your org, and easily modify Start/End Dates and Active Status.

I wasn't familiar with the Course Updater tool! Just to be clear, this is a manual process, correct? There's no way to automate the feature. That is, when an course End Date is reached, the course gets automatically deactivated.

That is correct. The End Date will limit user access to the Course Offerings past that time, unless the role they are in has access enabled post end date. Otherwise there's not an automated way to deactivate Course Offerings. At least it's pretty quick with the Course Updater and you can do them all at once!
