Hi. @tcruz1@pima.edu - This has definitely been on our radar for a while. It's not on our external roadmap, so I can't say much, only that it has been worked on recently and we're well aware of it.
Has there been any progress on this? Note that your main competitor has this option in case it is a motivation 😄

To guide your request to the appropriate team and for you to have your feedback heard in shaping the future of the Brightspace Product, I would encourage you to create a Product Idea in the PIE tool where Product Managers frequently review requests to evolve the future of the Brightspace product.
As of now this item is not on the product roadmap!
